Taiwo Demuren is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the field of real estate, with over 40 years of expertise in real estate finance, sales, and development across three continents. He is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and has a successful track record in both residential and commercial properties. As the President of several companies—including Daimler, Inc., Daimler Texas Inc., 2951 Mills Ave Inc., and 57th Street Mews Inc.—Taiwo has successfully led projects in single-family homes, condominium conversions, new construction, and commercial properties.

Throughout his career, Taiwo has built a strong management foundation, enabling him to oversee and implement numerous successful real estate projects. His dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality, functional, and modern living spaces that meet the highest standards.

Additionally, Taiwo has received several prestigious awards, including membership in the Distinguished Sales Club (DSC), the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), and the Remax Hall of Fame. His contributions to real estate development have also earned him multiple accolades, such as the 2003 Remax Platinum Club, the PGCAR 1996 Highest Dollar Sales Award, and the 2001 GCAAR Top Producer Award.

With a strong foundation in Civil Engineering from Ogun State Polytechnic, Taiwo’s career began with hands-on experience as a site engineer in Nigeria and later in England, where he worked on major projects such as the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. He then relocated to the USA in 1993 to focus on real estate development and has since built a successful business.

Beyond his professional career, Taiwo is an active community leader, currently serving as the Chairman of the GCIOBA USA Branch, where he has played an instrumental role in establishing the GCIOBA Canada Branch and organizing numerous events, he was previously the Chairman of the vibrant Maryland Metro Chapter for over 12 years. He is also a financial contributor to the GCI Education Foundation and Grier House and a member of the GCI Cricket Council. Taiwo has physically attended each of the last 5 GCIOBA NA Endo’s, 2023 GCIOBA Annual Reunion and AGM in Ibadan, and both the 2024 and 2013 GCIOBA Europe Endo.
